My fantastic dealership client in Oxford is looking for an experienced and Commercially driven Aftersales Manager to lead and develop their aftersales teams. 

​

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or experienced Service Manager ready to step up

• Strong financial and commercial awareness

• Track record of improving performance and profitability

• Excellent leadership and motivational skills

• Customer-focused with strong organisational ability

• Full UK driving licence
