My fantastic dealership client in Newbury is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Controller to join their sales team. They would also considering a high performing Sales Exec looking for a career step up into management.

This is a great opportunity for a high-performing automotive Sales Controller/ Sales Exec looking for their next move with a well-established dealer group.

Requirements

• Previous car sales / Sales Controller experience required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to support & motivate Sales teams

• Deal Stacking and second facing 

• Target-driven and motivated to earn

• Professional and confident approach

• Full UK driving licence
