My fantastic dealership client in Newbury is looking for an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to lead their sales team. They would also considering a high performing Sales Controller looking for a career step up into general  management.

Requirements

• Previous General Sales Manager / Sales Controller experience required

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to support & motivate Sales teams

• Deal Stacking and second facing 

• Target-driven and motivated to earn

• Professional and confident approach

• Full UK driving licence
