My fantastic industry-leading dealership client in Reading is looking for an experienced, high-performing Service Advisor to join their well-established aftersales team.

You’ll be the key point of contact for customers, managing bookings, liaising with the workshop, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.

✅ Service Advisor Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience (essential)

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work in a busy dealership environment

• Kerridge, 1-Link and other dealer systems experience 

• Excellent communication and organisation

• Full UK driving licence
