My fantastic dealership client in Bristol is looking for an experienced, performance-led Workshop Manager to head up their busy workshop team.

​

You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving productivity, managing technicians, and ensuring high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

​

✅ Requirements

• Previous Workshop Manager / Controller experience

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proven ability to drive performance and productivity

• Dealership experience preferred

• Full UK driving licence
